Losses of horticultural products are a major problem in the postharvest chain. In this experiment, six different wrapping (polyethylene and paper covering), chemical (calcium chloride and wax) and thermal (4 °C and outdoor) treatments were applied on the fruits of pomegranate cv Shirin Kolbad and some physicochemical properties were measured in control fruits at harvesting time and in treated fruits two and four months after storage. The study showed that different treatments did not have any significant influence on phenol and flavonoid, but they increased after four months of storage. Control fruits showed the highest amounts of total soluble solids (20.01 °Brix), acidity (0.35 mg/100 ml fruit juice) and vitamin C (31.81 mg/100 ml fruit juice), but the lowest amount of PH (2.47). The highest amount of glucose was observed in treatments polyethylene and paper covering (0.98 and 0.84 g/100 ml fruit juice, respectively) and the highest amount of fructose (22.89 g/100 ml fruit juice) was seen in fruits stored in 4 °C. The results also showed that after four months of storage uncovered fruits had the highest amount of anthocyanin, which can be due to the higher concentration of CO2 under the coverage. The results showed that after four months of storage, polyethylene and wax had the best effect on preventing the weight loss and on the keeping the properties of pomegranate fruits.}, keywords = {physicochemical properties,Punica granatum,Storage life}, title_fa = {اثر تیمارهای پوششی، شیمیایی و دمایی بر انبارمانی و کیفیت میوه در انار رقم شیرین کلباد}, abstract_fa = {انار بومی مناطق نیمه‌گرمسیری ایران است. فساد محصول در باغبانی یکی از مشکل‌های اصلی در فرآیند پس از برداشت است. در این آزمایش، شش تیمار مختلف پوششی (پیچیدن میوه در پوشش پلی‌اتیلن و کاغذ)، شیمیایی (تیمار با کلریدکلسیم و واکس) و دمایی (نگهداری میوه‌ها در دمای بیرون و یخچال) بر میوه‌های انار رقم شیرین کلباد اعمال شد و برخی از صفات فیزیکوشیمیایی در میوه‌های شاهد در زمان برداشت و در میوه‌های تیمار شده دو و چهار ماه پس از انبارداری اندازه‌گیری شدند. مطالعه نشان داد که تیمارهای مختلف اثر معنی‌داری بر میزان فنل کل و فلاونوئید کل نداشتند، اما این ترکیب‌ها بعد از چهار ماه انبارداری افزایش یافتند. میوه‌های شاهد بیش‌ترین مقادیر مواد جامد محلول (01/20 درجه‌ی بریکس)، اسیدیته (35/0 میلی‌گرم در 100 میلی‌لیتر آب میوه) و ویتامین ث (81/31 میلی‌گرم در 100 میلی‌لیتر آب میوه) و کم‌ترین مقدار پی‌اچ (47/2) را نشان دادند. بیش‌ترین مقدار گلوکز در تیمارهای پوشش‌دار پلی‌اتیلن و کاغذپیچ (به ترتیب 98/0 و 84/0 گرم در 100 میلی‌لیتر آب میوه) دیده شد و بیش‌ترین مقدار فروکتوز (89/22 گرم در 100 میلی‌لیتر آب میوه) در میوه‌های انبار شده در دمای 4 درجه‌ی سانتی‌گراد مشاهده گردید. نتایج هم‌چنین نشان داد که بعد از چهار ماه انبارداری میوه‌های بدون پوشش بالاترین مقدار آنتوسیانین را دارا بودند که می‌تواند ناشی از غلظت بالای کربن دی اکسید در زیر پوشش میوه باشد. نتایج نشان داد که پس از چهار ماه انبارداری پوشش پلی‌اتیلن و واکس بهترین اثر را در جلوگیری از کاهش وزن و حفظ صفات میوه‌ی انار داشتند.}, keywords_fa = {عصفات فیزیکوشیمیایی,عمر انباری,Punica granatum}, url = {https://fppj.gau.ac.ir/article_3138.html}, eprint = {https://fppj.gau.ac.ir/article_3138_e46a96472f4174f68e43a4606ddb655c.pdf} }
